Andy Warhol Soup Cans

It's funny how the simplest things can make your day.  I was pleasantly surprised to find these special edition Andy Warhol Campbell's soup cans at Target this week.  To celebrate the 50th Anniversary Of Andy Warhol's iconic silk-screen paintings, Campbell's has put out these 4 special soup cans.  And at 75 cents a can, that's a lot of art.  I love the color combinations.  I'm tempted to carefully remove the labels and frame them for my kitchen, like I did my vintage seed packets

We'll definitely be having grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner this weekend.

  1. I can't tell you how many of these I've seen surface on the web. Very neat, but it's just another marketing scheme. People are actually selling these on ebay already, sad isn't it? Have fun framing them...

  2. I hadn't seen them anywhere yet, besides my local Target. Mostly I plan to eat the soup. It was a harmless purchase that made me smile.

  3. I think these are great! Going to check our local Target. Marketing ploy or not, these are so fun. Show us what you end up doing with the labels :)
