Haven't posted my instagrams in a while. Here's a little of what I've been up to lately.
Finally worked on Denali's Hawaiian Quilt top.
Made some cute fabric birds for my niece on the way. Remember I helped put together her big bros nursery.
Hit the Addidas Outlet in Carlsbad, Ca. I've been running quite consistently for a while now and desperately needed new running shoes. I got the grey and neon yellow ones.
Went to my brother's place in San Diego to escape the 103 F+ weather here in Bako. Olivia has fun with her cousin's toys. Nothing better then someone else's stuff to play with.
Hit the beach while in SD. Liv loved the sand and the water. She has no fear, and ate a lot of sand, yum.
Spent a good long day at the SD Zoo. The kids loved it!
Road the Skyfari at the Zoo.
Olivia has a new favorite book. Thanks Auntie Jacq.
Used my fabric birds to make a twig mobile for the nursery.

Ate at a fun waffle place in downtown Carlsbad. I had a chicken, brie, arugula, and olive oil drizzle.
Lon was gone all weekend. He climbed Half Dome with a couple buddies. The kids were super sweet and made me a mom's movie night and then the next morning got up and made french toast all by themselves while I slept. That's some great kids.
I found a little time to craft and DIY. This was my fave of the week. I hand painted an Ikat pattern onto a wooden tray. (DIY youtube video coming soon).
