Here's my recipe:
Crepes
4 eggs
2 cups of skim milk (nonfat)
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Let rest for at least 30 mins. Cook crepes in buttered crepe pan. (These can be made a day ahead and put in a ziploc bag in the fridge.)

Cherry Sauce
3 cups of fresh cherries (a cherry pitter is very helpful)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Boil all ingredients together for 5 mins. let cool 5 mins.
Almond Whipped Cream
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Enjoy!
mmm yummers - that looks great! i like how you laid out the pics and added labels and everything... good job! um, you did type "flesh" instead of "fresh" cherries twice - i'm a good editor :)
